The RTS Board of Trustees has appointed Mr. John Sowell, President of the Atlanta, Georgia campus of Reformed Theological Seminary. The Atlanta campus has recently been approved to offer the Master of Divinity degree and has added 3 full time faculty.
John, since becoming a member of the RTS administrative team in 2000, has served as Senior Vice President of the Atlanta program, and as the institutional Executive Vice President for extensions. Prior to his tenure with RTS, he served as Vice President at Westminster Seminary in California, from which he earned two degrees. John and Catherine are the parents of three teenagers, Hannah, Michael, and Benjamin, and are members of the Church of the Apostles in Atlanta.
